Boat Storage, Dry Dock, Wet Slips

Thank you for visiting our Storage page.  We offer winter storage, seasonal wet slips for rent, and Deep Creek Lake's only summer seasonal Permitted Dry Slip Marina.

Winter Storage for the 2011 Winter season is $5.50 per ft (greatest overall length-measured from furthest point fore and aft on the boat) for a minimum of 7 months.

We have 10 buildings to store your boat inside and continue to build as needed to accommodate our ever growing customer base. We do guarantee our boat sales customers availability of inside storage and offer storage to others based on availability. We generally have room for all though.

We did offer inside heated storage as a pilot program in 2008/2009 and will offer it again this winter. Pricing is based on specific need. If you are really picky about your boat, this is the service/product you want.  Must have your own trailer for this service.

WET Slips for the summer 2011 season are $2300. Generally a season is considered to run from the beginning of May until late September, but we are pretty accommodating in terms of time and you can typically be in the water until the end of October if you wish.

POLICIES FOR BOAT STORAGE -- you may be asked for a signed agreement, however,  regardless of signed agreement, all boats must be insured by the owners of the boat, DCM insurance policies do not cover damage due to fire, flood, or any other natural or un natural cause.

Our number one focus is on servicing/storing boats for customers that have already placed their faith in our team with the purchase of a new or used boat from Deep Creek Marina. We do offer this service to others based upon availability of space, technician time, etc. We have done several things this year that should substantially shorten the wait that can occur with a rainy Spring and getting your boats out of storage and to you.  We will unfortunately have to turn away some storage customers this season due to space and physical ability to get storage customers out in the spring.   

1. Completion of our new service facility, parking garage, and ramp along with asphalt, gas pump, etc at 1077 Deep Creek Drive
2. Completion of our showroom and parts facility at 2010 Deep Creek Drive
3. A new Dock service that will install docks so that boats de-winterized in the Spring can be delivered right away. (This also allows you to have one provider to contact for both your boat and dock so that we can then schedule in tandem.)
4. Ability to schedule your boat "out" in the spring as soon as your winter storage and service are paid for based upon the date paid. The only downfall is that if your boat is ready and your dock is not, your boat will be reshelved and put to the end of the "boat out" list. This should be the only unpopular policy, but it only takes a few "dock not ready" instances to clog the pipeline and significantly delay our ability to responsibly serve others.
