Continuing Education & Workforce Development are hosting Maryland Boater Safety courses in the upcoming months.
Courses will take place at Garrett College in the Continuing Education Building. If you are interested you must pre-register by calling 301-387-3069.
Course dates are as follows:
Saturday May 7th, Saturday May 21st, Saturday June 18th, July 9th, and Saturday August 6th 2011
This is a great option because this is the only one day course offered in the entire state. All individuals born after June 1, 1972 are required to have an Approved Boater's Safety card in their possession when operating a power boat in Maryland. For more information feel free to call 301-387-3069 or go to www.garrettcollege.edu.
